Based in Houston, Texas, The Krasney Law Firm, operates using a unique model based on advice from clients. We listened to clients who said they wanted to involve a law firm but they hesitated calling because the call would be too expensive based on the traditional type of law firm billing - starting at .20 hours at some hourly rate. Clients needed advice but they didn't want the bill, so they handled the issues on their own. Many times they ended up calling the firm months or years later with a much bigger issue that typically required a much larger amount of time and thus a larger bill. We collectively came up with a system where clients pay our firm monthly an agreed upon price based on the work necessary for at least one year. Our clients find this predictable monthly retainer system a relief on budgeting expenses.

Over time, we develop a personal, and often friendly, relationship with our clients. When our clients, their employees, or family members has a personal problem, we are normally their first phone call for advice, referral, or representation. Our firm gets to know you and your company, allowing us to offer advice without much explanation on your part.

Today, many of our clients are in the service industry, ranging from telecommunications to trucking. Many of them were small when we entered the picture, and over time, have grown into multi-million dollar businesses and we were there each step of the way to answer questions.
