This law firm was originally formed to meet the needs of our business clients.  We focused only on their business and the problems their business faced.  However, over the years, many of the employees and principals of those businesses would turn to this firm with their personal legal problems.  Each time, we would listen and refer their needs to another trusted colleague.  Of course, we would have to refer our client out to another firm after establishing significant trust in us and often times becoming personal friends.  When we would refer our client to another lawyer, the client would have to start over and establish that same faith and trust.  

Now, that issue is solved--We are here to help you and your business.  If we do  not handle something, we will certainly refer you to another lawyer (prescreened by us) and often times, stay involved to make sure that you fully understand what is happening and your needs are fulfilled.

Marc J. Krasney attended South Texas College of Law, graduating in 1999, and spent 8 years as a litigator with two different firms. And as much as he enjoyed litigation and arguing in the courtroom, his true passion, however, was counseling businesses.
